Animal slurry and liquid organic materials waste treatment assembly processes preseparated animal slurry, and liquid or semi-liquid organic material. The assembly comprises ultrafiltration (UF) or microfiltration (MF) with reverse osmosis (UO) or nanofiltration (NF) stages. The UF/MF section is a bank of 1-12 process units, preferably 1-5 units. The assembly comprises ultrafiltration (UF) or microfiltration (MF) with reverse osmosis (UO) or nanofiltration (NF) stages. The UF/MF section is a bank of 1-12 process units, preferably 1-5 units. The reverse osmosis or nanofiltration stage is a bank of at least two process units. The assembly is set up to effect fully fractionated concentration of the substances to concentrated liquid fertilizer and process water. The assembly has sections performing the functions of air bleed, measurement and control, temperature control, pH regulation, acidification and backflushing. The ultrafiltration or microfiltration modular blocks (3, 6, 9) have tubular membranes fabricated in polymer, ceramic or other membrane materials.
