Two movable measuring sensors with electrodes (7) are attached to a measurement circuit by electrical connecting leads. The first sensor has a measuring-head with a housing (5) in the form of a plastic tube (6) and forming a chamber open on one side with walls (6) made of electrically conducting material. The chamber contains a plug (8) extending at least as far as the chamber-opening and saturated with electrolytes. The plug is in contact with a measuring electrode in the chamber. The electrode is connected to an electrical connecting lead. The second measuring sensor has a metal end and is directly connected to the electrical connecting lead.
