A first layer is applied to the substrate and pretreated. Bonding layer is applied to the 2nd layer and/or at least part of the 1st layer. The assembly is pressed so that locations of the 1st layer on which there is no pretreatment layer are in contact with the bonding layer and the 2nd layer. Transparent filling layer, is applied and coated up to the height of the 2nd layer. Transparent surface coating is added. A first layer (2) is applied to the substrate (1) and locally pretreated. Layers are optionally partial. A bonding layer (4) is applied to the second layer (3) and/or at least part of the first layer. The complete, flat-stacked assembly is pressed. so that locations of the first layer on which there is no pretreatment layer (2') are in contact with the bonding layer (4) and the second layer (3). A further, transparent filling layer (5), especially a lacquer, is applied and coated up to the height of the second layer (3), so that a flat surface results.
