Filter module for wide band telephone technology, using asymmetric digital subscriber line (ADSL)

The filter module connects coupled terminal impedances to a signal source (1) and comprises a standard filter (3) structured for a given terminal impedance (4). To the standard filter input is parallel-connected first watching impedance (5). To the standard filter output is parallel-connected a second matching impedance (6), with the two impedances being identical. The second matching impedance equals the prod. of complex and real terminal impedance, divided by the difference between the two impedances.
