A heat-cold insulation of house-wiring shafts in buildings is described. As closed heat-cold insulation, it fills up the whole hollow space of the house-wiring shafts or walls (1) with the drainage, water, heating and electrical lines (2-6) or other shafts in buildings, preferably in multi-storey buildings. It consists of a complete filling of the hollow chamber bound by separating walls with insulation material (15). The mineral insulation in the hollow space of the house-wiring shafts can be installed at the same time as the house-wiring or can be blown in afterwards through blast opening (9) of the separating walls (13,14) that can be closed off. It surrounds the house-wiring completely.
