A procedure for the provision of a drive force for a hybrid vehicle has the these steps: a first drive force is provided at least at one wheel of the hybrid vehicle, being generated by an IC engine that is coupled with an automated manual gearbox; torque drops or oscillations that belong to the shifting of the automated manual gearbox are recognized beforehand; and a second drive force is provided at the wheel preventing the torque drops or oscillations. A first torque path is used to provide a drive force at least at one wheel. A second torque path is used to provide a supporting drive force at least at one wheel, activated during a shifting sequence of an automated manual gearbox.
