The structure has cylindrical cells (1) connected via a connection joining part (37) of a bus bar plate (30). Different polarity inner and outer cell connectors (10A,20B) are coaxially aligned at one end of the cell. Inner and outer joining connectors (40A, 50B) are correspondingly coaxially aligned in the bus bar plate's connector joining part. In a connected state the outer and inner cell connectors contact the corresponding joining connectors.
