Nucleic acids (I) stabilized against degradation by exonuclease comprising: (a) sequence encoding a specific peptide or protein; (b) optionally a promoter that controls expression of (i); and (c) a molecule (A) that is attached to at least one end of the linear (i)-(ii) sequence and is bound to a non-immobilized bulky molecule (B). An Independent claim is also included for a method for preparing (I).
