Each comb-tooth (3) on the brush-unit (4) has a flat platform and an inner liquid-duct for the hair colorant contained in a container (2). Outlets for the hair colorant are on each surface facing the adjacent comb-teeth. The outlets are spaced at varying distances from the base surface of the comb-teeth. The surface of the opening of the outlet nearer to the pointed tip (6) of each comb-tooth is larger than the surface of the opening of the outlet nearer to the base surface of the comb-tooth.
