The invention relates to a distillation assembly composed of two principal devices. - The first device is a column with a large number of plates which receives the various extractions to be concentrated and which classifies the heavy impurities and the extracts while permitting an extraction of so-called lightened alcohol still containing volatile compounds. - The second device is an extraction column which treats the alcohol extracted from the first device by removing practically all the volatile impurities. The lightened alcohol freed of its heavy and volatile impurities is recycled to the manufacturing.
