The invention concerns a method for storing two geometric states of a product made of a shape memory alloy, said method being characterised in that it consists in: a) training said alloy for the first geometric state by stressing said product to bring it and maintain it in said state at a first temperature; then b) training the alloy for the second geometric state by stressing said product to bring it and maintain it in said second state at a second temperature. The invention also concerns applications of said method to products in the medical, dental, veterinary or other fields.
