The plastic openwork deck is formed by uniformly-distributed partitions (6) in rows and columns. They form a grid defining first and second openings (9, 8) extending completely across the deck. The second openings form annular nodes (10) at grid intersections. An Independent claim is included for the method of manufacture, consisting of injection molding, using thermoplastic mixed with a thermoplastic elastomer.
