The fixing device comprises means (10) for positioning the bid boxes (5) in one of the corners of the table near to the player by inclining the box so that, in the horizontal plane, its front face forms, relative to the table rectilinear edge (25), an angle (c) between 105o and 165o. The positioning means comprise an anchoring plate (20) with a vertical mortise (7) which engages a tenon (6) projecting from the box side. The plate is supported and fixed on a plane surface formed by the truncation of each table corner.
