The heating unit comprises a principal duct (10) fitted with a fan and an evaporator (20) and radiator (22) for the propelled air. First (16) and second (18) air circulation ducts are coupled to the principal duct for transmitting air towards two separate compartment zones. First and second (32,32') mixing flaps adjust the air temperature sent to the air circulation ducts. A single flap (24) positioned in the coupling zone of the second duct to the principal duct simultaneously distributes and seals the air by a single rotation.
