The system comprises a database which evolves in time and processing means with interface. The number of adverbs and sentences occurring in each stored document is measured and the data of publishing recorded. A relativity factor indicating dependance on background culture is found and for a flow of documents averages/standard deviations are compared to thresholds, classified and signaled when in excess of threshold
