(57) [Abstract] The present invention provides a library of useful recombinant derivatized enzyme biocatalyst (including lead compounds for pharmaceutical use) derivative of an organic molecule. The recombinant derivatized enzyme catalyzes the reaction, such as the addition of chemical moieties to functional groups on an existing or reaction, such as a substituted or modification of the functional groups of the organic molecule. It is possible to obtain an enzyme that catalyzes the formation of the organic molecule derivatives that can not be produced by use of the recombinant enzyme library using only the naturally occurring enzyme.
