PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retaining wall and concrete blocks for revetment and the like, wherein small flora and fauna can live, and a manufacturing method for them. PSOLUTION: The small flora and fauna can live inside the retaining wall 10 because living spaces (a) for the small flora and fauna are formed in filling parts among a plurality of adjacent natural stones 12. In the positioning of the natural stones 12 along an inner surface for a form 17 for the retaining wall 10, a plurality of anchor members 13, which are implanted and erected in a prefabricated bar 14, are inserted for fixation into a groove part 12a which is filled with an adhesive 15. After that, concrete 11 is placed by being poured into the form 17. Thus, since the natural stones 12 are fixed via the anchor members 13, the positioning of the natural stones 12 in the form 17 is facilitated, and the natural stones 12 can be firmly fixed to the concrete 11.
