PURPOSE: To provide a handling apparatus capable of surely dispensing the liquid chemicals in safety. ;CONSTITUTION: A handling apparatus 10 comprises a container 12 and a dispenser 14. The container comprises a fluid container having a port 18, a dip tube 22 having a fluid passage, and a coupling 24. The coupling is mounted on an upper end of the tube to be inserted into the port, and has a cavity in its upper end and a fluid passage for connecting the cavity to the fluid passage of the tube. The apparatus further comprises a gas passage for circulating a gas to the gas between an inside of the fluid container and the cavity, and a seal 27 mounted on a top end of the port. The dispenser 14 is insertable into the cavity through the seal 27, and comprises a probe 46 having a fluid passage. A compressed fluid passage is connected to the probe for accommodating the liquid chemicals dispensed from the fluid container through the tube, the coupling and the fluid passage of the probe.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO
