SPACE USE FEE PAYMENT METHOD, FEE PAYMENT MEDIATION SERVER, AND SPACE RENTAL AGENT SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To pay a fee of a parking lot by use of a portable terminal without requiring registration in advance.;SOLUTION: A server 14 communicable with the system 16 of an agent for lending a space for a fee, which is communicable with a portable terminal 28 through a mobile communication network 26, through a network specifies the portable terminal on the basis of the access from the portable terminal 28, accepts the input of the use information for the space to the specified portable terminal, and presents the accepted use information to the system 16. The server 14 then acquires the use fee of the space from the system 16, and reports the fee, after reporting it to the portable terminal 28 and obtaining its recognition, to the mobile communication network 26 with the information for specifying the portable terminal to ask the payment. When the information showing the payment completion from the mobile communication network 26 is received, the server 14 updates the user's log and reports the payment completion to the portable terminal 28 and the system 16.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
