PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a customer to order a commodity by a simple operation while checking actual commodities.;SOLUTION: The customer visiting a shop where commodities are displayed uses an order instructing terminal 10 to input order information comprising a commodity code and an ordering number, and to operate for placing an order. By this operation, a customer code, a shop code, and the order information are sent through a radio access point 20 and a LAN 30 to an order receiving server 40.
