PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contrive vegetative greening harmonized with the landscape near the watersides at a river or seashore. ;SOLUTION: In revetment works using pile members such as a steel pipe pile 1 or steel sheet pile at the waterside of river or seashore, concrete panels 7, 9 are arranged oppositely each other at both the water side and land side of a pile member.
