PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To previously prevent an accident by an earthquake and the other natural disaster by a method and a device applicable to a newly arranged slope frame executed on a face of a slope in a crack monitoring method in a slope frame and a crack monitoring device therefor. ;SOLUTION: In a crack monitoring device in a slope frame, a slope frame 2 is molded on a face 1 of a slope by placing concrete or mortar, and a copper wire 6 disconnected when preset impact such an earthquake is received is wound round a hookingly fastening tool 4 in a single or several-place beams 3 when it is placed, and is folded back in a U-turn shape, and is reciprocated, and is embedded, and is arranged, and both tail ends of its copper wire 6 is extended up to a detectable place, and the existence of disconnection is inspected by a detecting apparatus by using these tail ends.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
