PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Chinese wok capable of reducing energy consumption by more quickly cooking foods at a higher temperature than heretofore and performing a turnover action for uniformly heating the foods smoothly.;SOLUTION: A pair of mutually confronted pored areas (6) formed with a number of holes (4) through the inside and the outside of a pan body (2) and a pair of mutually confronted non-pored areas (7) not-formed with said holes (4) are provided around a non-pored pan bottom middle area (2a) within the pan body (2), and a handle (3) is provided on the outer face of the pan body (2) corresponding to the non-pored areas (7).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
