PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a change position verification device which verifies change positions of two three-dimensional design data in a short time without interference check. ;SOLUTION: A centroid coordinate calculation means 14 and a centroid coordinate comparison means 15 are provided. The calculation mans 14 divides a coordinate space into small spaces which have preliminarily determined shape and size, and obtains coordinates of the centroid of reach small space with respect to a first solid form and a second solid form on the assumption that the first solid form represented by first three-dimensional design data and the second solid form represented by second three-dimensional design data are objects having the same density. The comparison means 15 compares centroid coordinates of small spaces obtained in respect to the first solid form with those obtained in respect to the second solid form respectively in order to generate small space data indicating the small spaces which don't coincide with each other.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
