PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shark fin skinning machine capable of simply treating the shark fin and capable of rapidly conducting skinning operation while making its yield good, by mechanizing the shark fin skinning operation.;SOLUTION: This shark fin skinning machine 1 is composed of pushing rods 10, rotary cylinders with sealed ends, a working part 2 composed of compression springs and skinning materials 18, and a power source 3, wherein each of the pushing rods 10 has a guide pin on a side surface of its top end, each of the rotary cylinders has a screw thread engaging with the guide pin on its side wall so as to be freely engaged with the pushing rod 10, each of the compression springs is positioned between the pushing rod 10 and the rotary cylinder, each of the skinning materials 18 covers the top end of the rotary cylinder by interposing an elastic material between the top end and itself, and the power source 3 lowers the working part 2 so as to make the skinning materials 18 press and abrade the shark fin 4. Further, two or more working parts 2 are preferably aligned in two or more lines, so that the pushing rods 10 are zigzag arranged, and made to interlock with each other and together operate.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
