PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a readily producible seasoned medicinal herbal food such as a seasoned Agaricus food capable of utilizing active ingredients to the maximum without requiring much labor and time for extracting medicinal effects, adjusting a taste unique to the medicinal herbs and easily edible as a natural healthy food having a rich flavor and a method for producing the same.;SOLUTION: This seasoned medicinal herbal food such as the seasoned Agaricus food is obtained by pouring a seasoning liquid 2 onto the medicinal herbs such as seasoned Agaricus blazei Murill, adding a natural material 5 such as ginger, a Japanese horseradish, black vinegar, sesame, a sea tangle, Guinea pepper, curry or sugar, irradiating the medicinal herbs with microwaves until the medicinal herbs are seasoned, heating or baking, then irradiating the resultant medicinal herbs with far infrared rays and further drying the irradiated medicinal herbs.
