PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To meticulously and efficiently provide a user with guidance information on a commercial complex or the like.;SOLUTION: An information delivery server is a server device for providing guidance information on a commercial complex or the like, and specifies a mail address of a portable telephone from a chip ID read by a scanner from an IC chip and delivers contents. Users are classified into categories of, for example, 'couple', 'family' and 'friends', and the information delivery server delivers contents set for each category. Users, before receiving the content delivery, need to register the category to which they belong in the information delivery server. This is done when users let the IC chip scanned by the scanner of the category to which they belong out of scanners installed for the respective categories with displays of, for example, 'couple', 'family' and 'friends'.
