PURPOSE: To make reducible the abrasion resistance of an enamel wire so that the enamel wire can be wound easily by mixing a first base polymer and a specific copolymer which is compatible with the first base polymer. ;CONSTITUTION: A blocked NCO-polysiloxane is produced by reacting a functionalized polysiloxane with diisocyanate with one blocked isocyanate functional group. The produced polysiloxane is grafted to a first base polymer selected from polyurethane, polyamide(imide), polyester(imide), polyesterimide- amide, etc., so that a lacquer for coating enamel wires having the first base polymer and 0.5-20 weight % of a copolymer which is compatible with the first base polymers and has polymeric chains selected from among polysiloxane, fluoride chains, and alkane chains, is obtained.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO
