PURPOSE: To eliminate the defect (static discharge caused by high resistance) of a composite solid propellant comprising an inactive hydroxy polymerization termination polybutadiene (HTPB) binder as a base. ;CONSTITUTION: In this solid propellant composition comprising at least one additive selected from an oxidizing agent, a fuel, a binder, a stabilizer, a bonding agent, a combustion rate adjuster, a cleaning agent and a catalyst, a binder containing (a) 3-12 wt.% of an amorphous polyether having 1,250-9,000 molecular weight and (B) 1-12 wt.% of a pyrogenic plasticizer having a positive heat of explosion is used.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
