PURPOSE: To allow one node to manage a flow of information signals of the entire communication system. ;CONSTITUTION: An AVM managing signal transmission of the entire system is provided in the communication system. A register AVM.REG is provided in each node to write a node ID of the AVM in order to clarify which node acts like the AVM. When the AVM is in existence, other nodes send a desired output of an information signal to the AVM. The AVM executes processing from the reservation of channels and bands to publication of an output instruction on behalf of the nodes.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
