METHOD FOR INHIBITING BELLYACHE BY REGULATING T-TYPE CALCIUM CHANNEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for inhibiting bellyache by regulating T-type calcium channels, to provide a bellyache inhibitor containing a T-type calcium channel inhibitor as an active ingredient, and to provide a method for screening the bellyache inhibitor by researching T-type calcium inhibitory activity. SOLUTION: The bellyache is inhibited by activating a function of an alpha 1G T-type calcium channel in the central nervous system, or by inhibiting functions of alpha 1H and alpha 1I T-type calcium channels in the peripheral nervous system. The bellyache inhibitor contains the T-type calcium channel inhibitor as the active ingredient. The method for screening the bellyache inhibitor comprises researching the T-type calcium inhibitory activity. Thus, the bellyache is inhibited and regulated without side effects based on an accurate mechanism, because the T-type calcium channels are regulated in the method.
