PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic wave source survey method capable of surveying every wave source on an object to be surveyed causing an unnecessary electromagnetic wave radiated from the survey object.;SOLUTION: This method is characterized by measuring an electric field and a magnetic field at each survey point on an object to be surveyed, detecting the intensities and the phases of the electric field and the magnetic field from the result of measurement, acquiring vectors of the electric field and the magnetic field from the result of detection, and determining the distant electric field intensity radiated from the vectors of the electric field and the magnetic field to a prescribed separated distance.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
