PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To presisely analyze the behavior of a system which has no change with time. SOLUTION: A behavior calculation part 2 supplies initial values of a driving current and temperature to a temperature calculation part 3. The temperature calculation part 3 finds the current temperature of a function. The behavior calculation part 2 supplies the current temperature of a mechanism to an elasticity coefficient calculation part 4 and a viscosity coefficient calculation part 5. The elasticity coefficient calculation pat 4 and viscosity coefficient calculation part 5 finds the current elasticity coefficient and viscosity coefficient. The behavior calculation part 2 makes a motion equation discrete and substitutes the current elasticity coefficient and viscosity coefficient to find displacement by analytic steps. Consequently, even when the motion equation contains a coefficient having no change with time, a secure analysis can be taken.
