METHOD FOR FORMING TEXTILE DESIGN, BASIC PATTERN FOR THE TEXTILE DESIGN USED FOR FORMING THE TEXTILE DESIGN, AND SYSTEM FOR FORMING THE TEXTILE DESIGN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a textile design, capable of drawing the textile design having accurate forms and dimensions required for forming a paper pattern, when the textile design is formed from a fashion design sketch. ;SOLUTION: In this method for forming the textile design, the textile design is drawn by being overlapped with a basic pattern for the textile design of which the front view 10 and the rear view 12 are each formed by projecting proportion of the human body, using a reduced scale similar to a scale used in forming the paper pattern of clothing, and jointly using designing ability. Thus, the textile design which reflects the proportion of the human body is newly drawn. When the paper pattern for the clothing is formed, the paper pattern can be rapidly and accurately formed, because the textile design reflects the actual dimensions of the human body.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
