PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which reduces a burden for generating questions and which enables to obtain high learning effect and is inexpensively constituted as an education system using the Internet, etc.;SOLUTION: A Web server 11 of a server computer 1 connectable to a question maker's terminal 3 and a learner's terminal 4 via the Internet 2 is provided with a learning system 12 with teaching material contents 21 and a testing system 13. The testing system 13 is provided with a database 34 of a question template, a hooking tool 31 to detect transmission of the Web page by the learning system 12, and a management tool 32 which generates a question using the template read out of the database 34 when detecting the transmission of a prescribed page and a random number generated by a random number generating means and transmits the question to the learner's terminal 4 via the Web server 11.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
