PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set the disclosure of information in detail by properly distinguishing information to be disclosed from information to be closed. SOLUTION: This data disclosing method discloses the data stored in a database by computers. In the method, disclosure conditions for items defined by the schema of the database are set, a request for access to the database is accepted, it is judged whether the contents of the request for access meet the disclosure conditions or not, and an access to the items judged to meet the disclosure conditions is permitted and an access to the items judged not to meet the disclosure conditions is rejected.
