PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sack for an involuntary leakage of urine in a cylindrical state which has an opening obliquely cut at one side and an enclosure at the other side which has not heretofore been obtained and which can be lightly removed to be released from a diaper or urinary shorts and to provide a special- purpose underwear. PSOLUTION: The sack (6) comprises a gather provided at a central part (9) thereof, a thin part formed from the central part (9) to a penis part (7) for strongly sucking at a distal end (10), a face tape (4) used on a superposed part of the special-purpose underwear (1), and a sack supporting bag provided at the tape.
