PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve a problem in an ordering method for books wherein stock shortage or unsold goods sometimes occur in prepared books since information going to a college book department is information regarding only a title of a text, and information regarding other reference texts written in a syllabus referred to by students or the number of participants are not acquired.;SOLUTION: The ordering method is characterized by that it has a syllabus information acquiring step of acquiring information regarding texts from syllabus information, a participant head count acquiring step of acquiring the number of participants in regard to a lecture using the text, and an ordering quantity calculating step of calculating an ordering quantity from the number of participants read in the participant head count acquiring step.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
