PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in fixing the comminuted fracture of an ulna proximal part wherein positive bone fusion cannot be expected as a result of no sufficient bone fixing force in a method carried out at present due to no appropriate method existing at present.;SOLUTION: The comminuted bone at the ulna proximal part including the olecranon is fixed by screws, using the plate for fixing the ulna proximal end comminuted fracture, having wings 2 with screw holes 4, on both sides, having a plurality of screw holes 3 longitudinally at the center part between both sides of the plate, and forming the proximal end 5 in the longitudinal direction as a hook 7 for gripping to fix a proximal bone piece and curved to be installed and fixable on the back side of the ulna (Figure 3).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
