ROLL TYPE STRAIGHTENING DEVICE FOR WELD DEFORMATION OF AUXILIARY GIRDER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the auxiliary-girder-attached main girder to be straightened in weld deformation using straightening rolls, to simply inversely alternate the mounting position of a driving and a driven straightening roll, which correct the weld deformation by sandwiching by compression of the auxiliary-girder-attached main girder from both sides, and to easily deal with change from the weld deformation straightening of a horizontal rib to that of a vertical rib by merely changing an angle from horizontal direction to vertical in the driving and the driven straightening roll.;SOLUTION: The main body frame 2 is made a double column, structure so that the auxiliary-girder-attached main girder (a) can enter inside, and is arranged freely movably along the longitudinal direction of the main girder (a), with a roll mounting base 3 disposed freely vertically movably on each left and right side-frame 21 of the main body frame. Then, the driving and the driven straightening roll 4, 5, which correct weld deformation by sandwiching the auxiliary-girder-attached main girder (a) from both sides with the straightening rolls, are mounted on the tip end of the left and right roll mounting base 3 in the manner that the rolls are rotated to be freely alternated and that the rotary angle in the horizontal/vertical directions are freely variable.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
