PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To find a refrigerator which is deteriorated in refrigerating performance of a large number of base stations and to perform protection processing in an early stage. SOLUTION: A fault detecting and transmitting device for a refrigerator cooling circuit elements is equipped with a cold box 6, a cold stage 7a provided in the cold box 6, a cryogenic refrigerator 7 which cools the cold stage 7a, a superconducting filter 4 which is installed in the cold stage 7a, and a fault detecting and transmitting device 8 which inputs the temperature of the superconducting filter 4 or cold stage 7a and sends a command when judging that the temperature is abnormal and then sends abnormality information to a transmission-destination address according to the command.
