METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING EASILY DISPERSIBLE ORGANIC PIGMENT POWDER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing the powder of an easily dispersible and uncohesive organic pigment which method has a simple drying mechanism, no necessity for the time to select and adjust the drying condition, no special need for the control over the surrounding atmosphere, a fitness for drying a great amount of an organic pigment in a limited space with a compact and batch system, and a good income and expenditure efficiency of the energy required for the drying.;SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing the easily dispersible organic pigment powder comprises the steps of arranging in such a way as to contact a flexible thin membrane which is heat-conductive and liquid-impermeable, with a liquid heat medium heated to 30-95°C, and spraying a wetted organic pigment on the thin membrane, and then drying the organic pigment by means of the heat of the heat medium via this thin membrane.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
