PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent efflorescence which occurs in a concrete structure or a cement-based mold in a curing and drying process.;SOLUTION: After a concrete structure is formed by molding or casting of a concrete-based material and prior to curing of the same, coating material having 30 to 200 g of solid matter therein is applied to the surface of the structure per square meter, which material contains (a) 3 to 30 wt.% of what contains 20 wt.% of tetraalkylammonium hydroxide and (b) 97 to 70 wt.% of water and/or hydrophilic organic solvent (furthermore, (a)+(b)=100 wt.%).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
