PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chart or an entry sheet convenient for clarifying the object of a task, or convenient for being referred to according to the situation and a tool operating on a computer and an electronic information recording medium in which such information is recorded.;SOLUTION: The objects on the various situations of various tasks are defined as two objects, that is, a first object and a second object. Then, a task efficiency improving chart is constituted of an object triangle constituted of the combination of an almost triangular pattern, the designation of the task (task name) displayed near the vertex of the almost triangular pattern, and the names of the first and second objects displayed near the both edges of the bottom side of the triangular pattern or an object triangle group in which the object triangles are arrayed in the prescribed order for each task name.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
