PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC card, an IC card system, a method for calculating an IC card using time, a method for controlling the IC card, a program for calculating the IC card using time, IC card control program, and a recording medium having IC card using time calculation and control program recorded thereon, by which a using time can be restricted by each application with respect to a plurality of applications in a card. PSOLUTION: A system storage area 14 and a nonvolatile user storage area 15 are provided. In the system storage area 14, data concerning a restricted time management program which performs temporal restriction about receiving of a service by the applications to stop the utilization of the applications or to request center authentication when exceeding restriction is stored in a readable and rewritable manner. In the nonvolatile user storage area 15, restricted time managing data 15a is stored in a readable and rewritable manner linked with the execution of the restricted time management program.
