PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for cultivating mushroom enabling inoculating spawn efficiently using the spawn of mushroom, making the inoculating work of the spawn efficient and facilitating the cultivation work of mushroom. SOLUTION: The objective inoculating apparatus of an aqueous solution of spawn of mushroom is designed to inoculate to a medium the aqueous solution of spawn of mushroom obtained by diluting original fungus as spawn with water by a factor of 10-100 by volume after being cultured, to be inoculated to a cultivation bottle 30. This apparatus comprises a preparation tank 10 to store water for diluting, a heating means 15 for heating and sterilizing water stored in the preparation tank, a discharging pipe 20 communicatingly set with the preparation tank 10, and an air-sending means 50 for sending clean air into the preparation tank and discharging from the discharging pipe 20 with air pressure the aqueous solution of spawn of mushrom with the original fungus diluted through being put into the preparation tank.
