DECILE TRANSITION ANALYZER AND DECILE TRANSITION ANALYSIS SERVER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analyzer performing the accurate comparison analysis of decile transitions which can not be performed in conventional decile analysis. ;SOLUTION: A customer analyzer performs the decile analysis of customers in set periods before and after a set reference date from customer master data and utilization history data with which a utilization money amount for each determined reference period can be summed up at least for each customer stored in a data base and displays the transition of the decile rank of the same customer in two periods in a two-dimensional chart. Especially, the data of new customers who joined in the set periods before and after the set reference date are excluded and the decile analysis is performed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
