PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bankruptcy prevention network system which unitedly manages information on member enterprises through a network and prevents the member enterprises from becoming bankrupt with network funds to make the enterprises sound. ;SOLUTION: The system comprises a network administrator which is connected to the member enterprises through the computer network and unitedly collects and manages information such as administration information and accounting information on the respective member enterprises and the network funds consisting of funds provided according to insurance as instructed by the network administrator and investment funds of investors; and the network administrator gives administration guidance to the member enterprises according to the collected information, guides member enterprises to consolidate with each other and prevents the member companies to become bankrupt according to the network funds, invests to a non-member enterprise and guides the invested non-member enterprises and a member enterprise to consolidate with each other at need.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
