PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a classification mechanism of an object, an inspection device of the object and a classification method of the object easy to automate without enlarging a device.;SOLUTION: The classification device 200 of the object is constituted of an object carrier means 210 to carry the object 111 classified in plurality of ranks, a gripping means 120 to hold the object carried by the object carrier means, a first storage means 220 constituted by flatly adjoining a ranked arranging region 221 to arrange the object held by the gripping means and a second storage means 230 constituted by superimposedly arranging a plurality of ranked storage parts 231 to store the object arranged in the ranked arranging region by the gripping means by gripping them and by forming moving means 240, 250, 260 to move each of the ranked storage parts in the accumulating direction in the second storage means.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
