PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency in nursing work by enabling patients including hard-of-hearing patients to easily confirm contents of general broadcasting, individual broadcasting, etc., and, at the same time, shortening preparing time of the nursing record information on bedridden patients.;SOLUTION: A voice information of general broadcasting, individual broadcasting, etc., from a master nurse calling transceiver 1 or a PHS terminal 3 is converted into character information by means of a voice recognizing server 6, and the character information is displayed on the displays 23 of slave nurse calling transceivers 2a, 2b, etc. In addition, the master nurse calling transceiver 1 outputs (rings) voices synthesized by means of the server 6 simultaneously with call information displayed on a display 13. A nursing work recording PC terminal 7 records the nursing record information orally inputted to the microphones 21 of the slave nurse calling transceivers 2a, 2b, etc., or the microphone 31 of the PHS terminal 3 after the server 6 is caused to convert the information into character information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
